Temple Bar Leaders Espouse Grass Roots Law

LITTLEFIELD, ARIZ. -- To seekers of English common law, Arizona's Temple Bar Square is more than just a post office box number, it is a monument in the desert and a focal point for practicing "Christian Techniques," according to its adherents.

Located at Desert Springs Township, east of Littlefield on Interstate l5, Temple Bar Square, according to its creator, township member and director Richard D. Cooper, is the formal gateway into the Hope Sanctuary and its affiliates, the School of Barristry and Temple Bar, a private American court.

Cooper said the pilgrims established a functioning law of the land.  That law, he said, is no longer practiced today by their descendants.

Temple Bar Square, said Cooper, is a "world center to all who want to know about the concepts found within Christian townships of all English-speaking peoples."

In Christian township history, said Cooper, is found the basis for the American legal system.  He said the nature of law under the township concept is self-government, with private property and juries of l2 free men.

Within the concept of Temple Bar in England and now at Littlefield, is a gateway or a bar which provided "a barrier to all foreign and alien malconceived ideas" which might attempt to enter the bar from within or without, said Cooper.

Hope Sanctuary is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian association with no sectarian creeds or dogmas and is not a political party or a church.

It is based on a person's desire to learn about township organizations.

Americans today are living under layer upon layer of government and contract law has duped us to giving away our God-given rights."

The only thing Americans have to protect themselves is private property, a l2-person jury and common law.

If we are to survive this oppressive hand that we are under today, we must do the will of the Lord."

The school of Barristry will give its students power in the law to protect their liberties.

THE LAW OF HUMAN INTERCOURSE

There exists at Common Law an axiom: "and logic makes reason stare".

"All lawful human intercourse (whether it be social, political, commercial, or other) is by contract law, else it be outside contract law in outlawry, and such outlawry consists of only two types:  l) Breach of contract; and  2) Outlawry not a breach of contract, being: any common law crime: unlawfully depriving a human victim of law, liberty or property."

All contract agreements are either:  l)  unspoken, in presumed courtesy, or  2) oral, unwritten, or parol, or  3) written and not recorded in the public record, or  4) written and recorded in the public record.  (Public record reverses the onus probandi)

The paramount source of Common Law is one's conscience, being a gift of God, being the Spirit of Christ unto all mankind, if they will but listen to the inner whisperings of what is right and what is wrong, else having refused, they have no conscience and condemn them-selves to the evil of wickedness and become wicked men, without conscience, without the Common Law.

Statute law or ordinance law are but by-laws of a Constitution, or of a Charter, which are contract agreements.

Therefore, breach of statute law or ordinance law is but a breach of contract; and may be tried only in a Civil Court, which has exclusive jurisdiction of breaches of contract.

Hence a statute defining a victimless crime is not a crime at common law, but is a breach of contract.

Have you agreed to be bound by such contract?  How did you agree?  Where is the contract?  Did you sign such a contract?
